In 2014, North Atlantic Agency was established as a network consisting of port agents* and service providers by agencies in Iceland, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands. Since its founding, we have gained members from Svalbard, Canada, Norway, and Denmark. Our operating areas are Cruise and Expedition vessels, Fishing vessels, Navy vessels, Marine Logistics, Supplies, Bunkering, Superyacht, and Bespoke travel.
*A port agent takes care of all arrangements for a foreign vessel arriving at the port. From booking the berth to arranging customs clearance, immigration, bunkering, supplies, shipments, crew change, and much more.
